Howard Roitman is an Arbitrator and Mediator with many years of experience in helping to resolve disputes without litigation. He has the following qualifications:

- Eighth Judicial District Court Arbitrator, Mediator, Short Trial Judge
- Arbitrator, National Association of Security Dealers (NASD)
- Nevada Department of Business and Industry Real Estate Arbitrator
- American Arbitration Association (Commercial Panel)
- Arbitrator/Mediator, American Health Lawyers Association
- National Chairman, Federal Bar Association ADR Committee
Mr. Roitman is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and holds the following licenses: Nevada Realtors License, Nevada Life Insurance License and Series Seven Securities License. He is also an Allied Member of the American Association of Architects and an Associate Member of the Construction Specifications Institute.
